Data | Using BIM to Visualize Embedded Information

When working in BIM there is a lot of information that is contained within the model. Wouldn’t it be great to visualize that information in a way that is meaningful? “One of the most intriguing improvements to ARCHICAD as of late is the ability to selectively visualize the ‘information’ buried within the model,” said Evangelo Kalmantis, Principal of Integral Architecture in Ontario. His firm has created a methodology for doing just that using a combination of ARCHICAD’s Property Manager tool and Graphic Overrides feature. With a few presets that can easily be switched on his team can see whatever they want within a model at a glance. Their goal is to use this information as a quality control mechanism. Join this ARCHICAD In-Practice webinar to discover how Integral Architecture visualizes embedded model information.
