BIM Technology eClass Support

The following is a list of the minimum requirements needed to use the LearnVirtual.com RECORDED eClass Library as well as the GoToWebinar technology used for our Weekly LIVE eClasses.

Viewing RECORDED eClasses with QuickTime
Windows	Macintosh
- 1024x768 or higher screen resolution - Windows XP or Windows 2000 - Broadband Internet connection (ISDN/DSL/CABLE) QuickTime: - QuickTime 7.0 or better - One of the following browsers: - Internet Explorer 6 or better - Firefox 1.0 or better	1024x768 or higher screen resolution Mac OS X or higher Broadband Internet connection (ISDN/DSL/CABLE) QuickTime: - QuickTime 7.0 or better - One of the following browsers: - Internet Explorer 6 or better - Firefox 1.0 or better
Note: If you are connecting to the internet using a slower connection you can still view the QuickTime movies, they will just take longer to download.

Viewing LIVE eClasses with GoToWebinar
Windows	Macintosh
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, Netscape Navigator 6.0 or later or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later - Windows® 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003 Server, Vista or Windows 7 - Stable 56k, cable modem, ISDN, DSL or better Internet connection - Minimum of Pentium 400 with 256 MB of RAM - Java Virtual Machine enabled (Recommended)	- Mac OS X 10.3.9 (Panther) or newer - Safari 1.3 or newer, Firefox 1.5 or newer on PowerPC G3/G4/G5 or - Firefox 1.5.0.2 or newer on Intel (JavaScript and Java enabled) - Stable 56k, cable modem, ISDN, DSL or better Internet connection - Power PC G3/G4/G5 or Intel processor with 256 MB of RAM
